It is possible that the directory that you have permissions to may have been renamed or deleted.
To fix this issue, please login to your webfusion control panel and reconfigure the additional FTP account by doing the following:

Log in to your webfusion control panel at cp.webfusion.com.

Click on the "My hosting" button.

Click on the "login" link for the relevant package.

Enter the corresponding password for the account and click on the "login" button.

Click on the "My webspace" button.

Click on the "FTP manager" button.

Click on the pencil icon under the “Edit” column for the relevant FTP account.

Make any changes required and click on the “Save Changes” button.
