This article will provide instructions on how to transfer all domain name types away from webfusion.
Before attempting a transfer, please ensure that you use the correct procedure for your domain name extension as explained below.
webfusion, the only settings to change are the nameservers and the IPS Tag. To do so please follow these instructions:

Log into your webfusion control panel at cp.webfusion.com.

Click on the "My domains" button.

Select "Name servers" from the drop down list and click on the "Go" button.

Select the domain you wish to edit from the drop down box and click on the "Select" button.

Change Nameservers (enter your new hosts' nameservers)and click on the "Save changes" button.

Click on the "Back to My Domains" link.

Select "Tags" from the drop down list and click on the "Go" button.

Select the domain you wish to edit from the drop down box and click on the "Select" button.

Change IPS Tag (enter your new agent's IPS Tag)and click on the "Change tag" button.
It normally takes approximately 12/24 hours for this to update. However some providers have a "handshake" system where they will need to approve the transfer in and therefore the IPS tag may not update automatically. Please check with your new provider if they have this process in place so that they can approve the transfer once you have changed the TAG.
Transferring a TLD domain away from webfusion
Please note: that there is no facility to transfer .me domain name away from webfusion at this time.
To transfer a TLD domain name away from webfusion, you will need to follow these instructions:

Log into your webfusion control panel at cp.webfusion.com.

Click on the "My domains" button.

Select "Lock" from the drop down list and click on the "Go" button.

Select the domain you wish to edit from the drop down box and click on the "Select" button.

Select the "Unlock domain name(s)" option and click on the "Change" button

Once the domain name is unlocked, click on the "Back to My Domains" link.

Select "Authorisation code" from the drop down box and click on the "Go" button.

Select the domain you wish to edit from the drop down box and click on the "Get code" button.
Your Authorisation/EPP code will be sent to the admin contact of the domain name.
The admin contact must be a valid email address which you have access to in order to receive the authorisation code. If the admin email address is not correct and is in need of a update please follow the instructions below to do this.
To modify contact details for a top level domain name, you will need to do the following:

Log into your webfusion control panel at cp.webfusion.com.

Click on the "My domains" button.

Select "Contact Details" from the drop down box and click on the "Go" button.

Select the domain you wish to edit from the drop down box and click on the "Select" button.

Edit the details as required and click on the "Save" button.

We will now update the contact details for your domain name.
Transferring a .eu domain away from webfusion
To transfer a .eu domain away from webfusion you just have to put in a transfer order on your new registrar's site or from its control panel.
Once the procedure has been started, EURid will send a confirmation request to the owner’s email address stored in the WHOIS. The assignee will have to give consent within 14 days by following the instructions contained in the email.
Transferring a CentralNic domain away from webfusion
To transfer you domain name away from webfusion, you will need to initiate the transfer with your new registration/hosting company.
If you’re new provider requests an Auth/EPP code please request this from us through your webfusion support panel and we shall send it to the registered admin email address for the domain name.
We might need to authorise the transfer, in these cases, please send a request through your webfusion support panel.
