This answer explains how you can add a MySQL database to your hosting package.
This article applies to Linux Hosting accounts.
You can add a database to your account through your Webfusion control panel:

Log into your Webfusion control panel at cp.webfusion.com.

Click on the My hosting button.

Click on the login link for the relevant package.

Click on the My webspace button.

Click on the My databases button.

Click on the Add database button.

Your new MySQL database has now been created the username and password are shown on the screen.
Please note: The number of databases you can set up will depend upon the type of account you have - you will see a summary of your existing databases and how many you have left to add on the MySQL Databases page of the Webfusion Control Panel. You can set up any number of tables within each database; however it is not possible to create secondary users for your MySQL database.
Tip: Alternatively, you can install any MySQL database administration package that is compatible with our servers onto your account, or you can write your own database tools in PHP, CGI or Perl.
