How do I activate/deactivate an additional FTP account?

To activate/deactivate an existing additional FTP account for your web space, you will need to do the following:

Log in to your webfusion control panel at cp.webfusion.com.

Click on the "My hosting" button.

Click on the "login" link for the relevant package.

Enter the corresponding password for the account and click on the "login" button.

Click on the "My webspace" button.

Click on the "FTP manager" button.

Click on the padlock icon under the “Status” column for the relevant FTP account.

When the padlock icon is green, this indicates that the FTP account is active.

When the padlock icon is grey, this indicates that the FTP account is suspended.

Please note: It is not possible to deactivate your default master FTP accout.
