This article explains how you can sync you webmail calendar with your MS Outlook Calendar.
Here you can organise your work, add Tasks and Appointments to specific times and dates.
To Add an appointment, either double click on the appropriate time to create an hour long appointment or click on the start time and drag down to the appropriate amount of time. You can now enter details for this appointment.
When you Create an Appointment it can be set for any time in fifteen (15) minute intervals. Once an appointment is created you can click the entry to drag'n'drop to another time to reschedule.
To View other months, select "<" for previous month, and ">" for next month. To jump to to previous year select "|<", to jump to next year select ">|". Once a month is shown you can add / modify / delete Appointments.
This also shows your working month. The selected day has a dark-red background. You can go to another day by clicking on the Date. Any dates in the current month that have appointments are shown in bold.
Add a New Task
To add a task click on the "add" button in the tasks bar. The Task will be shown below. Click on the task to edit it.
Delete a Task
To delete a Task, click on the button with the 'X' next to the task. This task will be permanently Deleted.

What is the Webmail sync utility?
The utility allows you to sync your webmail account with Outlook. With it all contacts, calendar and task information you have with the WebMail account are transferred over to Outlook, and vice-versa.
How do I enable Mail sync with Outlook?
To sync your WebMail account with Outlook, do the following:
First, download the Webmail-sync installation utility for Outlook 2000, 2003 or 2007 at http://atmail.com/websync/webmail-sync-51.msi
After downloading, run the webmail-sync installation utility and install the software on your computer. After installation, restart Outlook and the new plugin will be automatically installed.
Next, define your WebMail account details in the WebMail-sync utility pane. Click on Tools > Options menu, then select the tab labeled "WebMail Sync Configuration"
Save all changes, then exit the accounts options window.
How do I sync my webmail account with Outlook?
After enabling Mail-syncing (see above), you should see a macro button labeled "WebMail Sync" on your toolbar:
Click on the button, and Outlook will sync with your WebMail account automatically.
How do I create a Calendar Entry?
To create a new calendar entry, just do the following:
Click on a date on the Calendar pane to the right, to choose what date you want the task/appointment to be scheduled on.
Click on your desired time on the left of the Calendar pane.
A pop-up window will appear - provide the details of your appointment here.
To add a new task, click on "Add a New Task" on the lower-right corner of your Calendar window. A pop-up window will appear - fill in the necessary fields.
How do I change the view of the Calendar?
You can change the view of your calendar by choosing in the option box on the right side of your webmail toolbar. You can choose to schedule it as Weekly, per Fortnight, per Quarter, or Annually.
